At Mallet, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original Mallet packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the footwear is in its original, undamaged box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
